What is Springboard? All the goodness of a full-body mat workout, integrating resistance and spring-loaded movements to build strength, mobility, and stability from the crown of the head to the tip of the toe.

What is Mindful Mat? Focus on mind-body connection. A curated flow of pilates mat exercises, infused with functional movement, breath awareness, and yoga-asana. Settle into postures, feel grounded in stillness, and center the mind.

What is Mat Pilates? Ground yourself in core power with a dynamic Pilates mat workout. Focus on alignment and total body conditioning, incorporating props like the ball, magic ring, sliders, bands, or weights. We love props - and you will too!

What is Semi-Private Reformer? Deepen your pilates practice with our semi-private reformer classes. Endless options, variations, and adjustments to build strength, improve posture, and awaken muscle groups from a deep sleep. Dedicated attention from your instructor is a major plus!
